Went for taking birth certificate for my child it was easy got it done quickly. Just need to have all required documents Xerox with you. Since Xerox stores are very far away from these ward.
NMMC ward B, sector-4, Nerul, Ward staff has no value of time of people.. I had come 4 time to this place and when you enquire every time you get new questions and new things to do.. Service is very bad I believe the seniors sitting in this ward are least bother of what is happening at Death and Birth Certificate counters.. Went to collection of my father's death certificate they said system is down from 3 days but we were never informed about same.. Not even security guard knows this as I reached counter 45 minutes early as they accept only 15 people due to covid.. And after standing for 45 minutes when my number came they said death certificate is not ready as system is down.. This should have communicated to us as they can call on number provided to them also they accept less people so they can always call.. Hence they are least bothered about people's time.. Pathetic services by such government authorities.. Finally very frustrated as going through difficult situation of loss of my father and later such harassment by this government officials... All gov officers are polite & helping to another person. Good working area, staff also good, nice place🙏
Bad service at water bill counter, they are not at all helpful. If your gonna pay bill by cash please get correct changes along with you, even if they have change they will say to get change to pay bill.
