Hospital building is ok. But d facilities r not good at all. They give an appointment for 11.30 and Doctor comedy 1.30. U wait 2 hours for test and their comp. get stuck. For a diabetic patient there is no cafeteria to face these problems. In short so many field Hospital need professional service.
Had been there for vaccination on 1st of June. Very well organized following all protocols. Staff was very cordial, polite and efficient. Right from security at entry to the orientation at end; Complete process was completed in an hour which included filling up form, payment, vaccination and half hour waiting time. Kudos to the whole team managing this. Thankful to front line workers.
Had a very bad experience when my father was admitted for COVID. The ICU intensivist are not capable and incompetent. They don't fully disclose critical details to family members. I also doubt their cleanliness maintenance of the ICUs resulting in secondary infections. The charges on the other hand are very high. If given a choice put in big hospital rather than this mediocre facility.
They charge you universal precaution charges of Rs 1000 per day, a new term which the TPA, mediclaim guys also doesn't know. Also, these charges can't be claimed under mediclaim. They fraudently take sign on papers when you are in distress of getting admitted. If you stay one week, you will pay Rs 7000 extra. Have not seen anyother hospital charge this.
Neat clean friendly place. Very competent doctors and nurses. Took v good care of my mom in law. Definitely recommend. Even their support and admin are nice and approachable
