Personally, I found the staff really helpful throughout the time, it is really crowded at all times, if you wish to come at a time when it is less crowded I'd suggest to visit when the bank is about to close, but that will increase the chance of visiting the branch numerous times. I also found that half of the staffs are at paid off half of the time, even providing a simple information takes more time than it should. I have a mixed review of the bank and it's employees.

Staffs of this branch are I'll mannered, even Branch Manager doesn't behave like a responsible official. Overall bad experience, need overhaul
