Dr Saravanan is good doctor I have met. He is a Subject Matter Expert.
Hospital is often crowded.. The overall experience is okay
Front office and inside hospital staff doesn't have ethic of hospitality and no proper token system, receptionist is small girl who doesn't have basic sense on how to treat old age people and attenders. He is very good doctor, but now a days he is also not giving any personal care for patients.. privacy issues are major issue and worst. Have to wait for 4 hours to meet him. Really unsatisfied.
Good doctor and he saved my life in the first wave of corona.
