My father was hospitalized there three months before suffering From severe stomach pain. His condition was so serious that the hospital authorities were a little bit reluctant to admit him there.It's quiet understandable given the situation that he would have been directly admitted to the ICU if we had gone to any other Hospital. Then it was Dr Jose John(Surgeon) who gave us the courage and belief that my father could be treated there. I took his word for it,and my father was admitted there.After gone through one week treatment my father recovered fully.I am very thankful to the doctors who treated my father there especially to Mr Jose John who has taken special care in my father's case ❤️.
Neat and tidy, good service and polite behaviour of the staff.
Overall experience was great. Dr. Jose John ( Surgeon ) is an excellent doctor. He was nice and very reassuring. The staff was also nice and friendly
I am not satisfied with this hospital nursing staff.one of my brother admitted in this hospital thaliyolaparambu Kottayam with the condition of alcohol withdrawal for the last 2 weeks.they are not allowing mobile phone for the patient.This I can understand may be the rules of that hospital.but when I called to speak with my brother that perticular ward nurses are not allowing me to talk with my brother and they not even know how to speak with the patient attenders.not even they are giving information about the patient condition.In this I found they wanted to hide something from me and when I asked treating Doctor number they cut the call.i am requesting management of this hospital to take action against these staffs and atleast provide proper information regarding patient condition with the relatives....and pls pls allow patient to talk with the relatives.....
Really bad service, had tough time dealing with staffs. Hospital management should be improved.
