We went for my father's dialysis here today on our nephrologist's recommendation. The whole hospital was clean and the lab technician and support staff was very friendly. My father was feeling better here as the 2 sided windows had full green view which is very unlikely view in a hospital/dialysis center where one has to just lie down for 4 hours. As today was Sunday, the whole hospital was getting washed and there was a little inconvenience as lifts were occupied to move stuff. This hospital has proper parking area.
Given 1 star because minus is not possible , although Dr. Malay sharma is good but the junior and attending staff is so rude , mostly they don't understand you but you need to understand them.. They instruct you so rudely.. the staff is non corporative and not ready to help you or tell you what to do where to go (Big disappointment)~by staff Doctor is good and have knowledge.
Please read the whole review I’ll tell you the truth. Dr Malay Sharma is only a brand now. The main focus is to earn more and more money. He never gives more than 2 mins to any patient. He will not even hear you completely what all you are saying let alone clear all the doubts. Patient will keep speaking to him but he will move on to next patient. People come early morning and wait till late afternoon for the doctor to come and see them. He is so busy that he never has time. I visited this hospital multiple times because my mother was ill and every time I had the same experience. Very unprofessional junior doctors and staff. If you have come at 5 am still the person who has come at 2 pm will be attended before you because there is no proper procedure. My advice: Go to a less popular doctor atleast he/she will give you proper time and respect that a patient needs.
Good service... Dr malay is best gestro specialist...in west up.
One of the worst facility in meerut .. not professional at all, DR malay sharma is not available only junior doctors with very little experience see the patient.. they only want to do endoscopy, farroscan , ultrasound, and other tests ... Doctors are not interested on listening the patient .. very poor facility ,totally unprofessional..
