#5308 The stay was comfortable. Doctors who interacted with us were professional, polite and efficient. All staff- nurses, ward girls, catering staff were polite and efficient. Housekeeping staff were efficient and silently doing their job. Overall it was a comfortable, pleasant stay. I was allotted a Raffle suit against my choice of a single room due to non-availability of a single room. I hope services to a single room would be alike if not the same. Suggestions:- You may provide slippers and comb as you provide brush, shaving kit and soap.
From Room no 5111. Admitted my mother for Cardiac surgery. From the admission till discharge each and everyone in the hospital was really really so caring and responsible. Strictly followed the COVID protocols and the entire premises was well sanitized. I Really thank Dr.Bashi sir and his team , had a feel that we are in safe hands. Very responsible Nurses , ward girls and housekeeping . Never seen such a responsible staff's as in SIMS hospital. I Strongly recommend the hospital !!
Dr.Gopinath is an awesome doctor who treats patients with lots of care and positive hopes. The way he hears out our problems, gives us humongous confidence that we have already reached the right hands for our medications. His entire team are caring and friendly to the entire people around them which makes us comfortable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Doctor and his team for the care shown to us! 4205 Receving the patient in an emergency situation and quick analysis and starting of medication was excellent and prompt. Doctors team attended the patients issue with utmost care. Patient was feeling comfortable. The team at emergency was too fast in giving treatment to patient. Rooms were excellent. Floor staff were very caring. Nurses and nursing was too gud. They took gud care of the patients. May the team at SIMS keep rocking. May the the patients get well soon with their service.🙏🏻🙏🏻
Room No. 5405 The entire procedure right from consultation to Lab Tests to Surgery went on smooth. However the waiting time for Echo Test alone took more than 1-1/4 Hrs which needs to be looked into. Other than nothing to complain. The Room stay and related house keeping were to the mark
