Great experience visiting the clinic. It has a parking space inside the facility. The staff is kind and helpful. Kudos to Dr. Tabassum(physiotherapist) from ABTP. Her treatment is really effective.
Apollo clinic has enough seating capacity for people to sit, maintaining social distancing. Each new patient is handed a token number and a board with a consent form, to be filled, giving your details. After details are filled a staff confirms your booking done via registered number. The token number is called, you pay, and then proceed to the room to get the vaccination. The vaccination itself was a breeze. The staff was polite and ready to answer queries. The clinic also has its parking space inside. We were informed kindly by a staff that vehicles outside gets towed. We had a very pleasant experience at the clinic.
Very unprofessional. They have no idea what they are doing. They give different rate by different person when you call them. I called for rtpcr and someone said 800 after i requested for a discount but next day they are not ready for the discount and infact they were acting as if I am lying. Please avoid this clinic. And also they dont have any good doctors. It is better to go to sakra clinic or other apollo clinic or hospitals.
GREAT experience and Absolutely seamless experience today on getting on second dose. Fantastic support received specially from Ashwini, She not only helped us getting the vaccine but also corrected the known issues with Cowin APP. Great Courteous Staff and Absolutely hygiene is nicely maintained.
