Pros 1. Room helper and nurse care was great. Immediately attended 2. Treatment was excellent 3. Food was good 4. Very happy with the doctors 5. In patient coordinator frequently checked on our well being and needs Cons 1. Stayed in private room but it was not that comfortable. 2. Had frequent AC problem and temporary fan that was provided was not helpful 3. For the whole ward there is only few helpers and nurse which is causing delay in help sometimes
My mother was admitted here for an Angioplasty. The doctors here very responsive and took due care in explaining all the procedure involved before and after surgery. We had complete clarity of all treatment offered to her throughout her stay. The staff at the CCU took extremely good and timely care of her throughout her stay. We got timely updates from them as we were not allowed to stay on with her. I would highly recommend this hospital for cardiac care.
I am pleased to convey our impression on our experience in this hospital where my wife underwent knee surgery. The staff were all very courteous , serving with a smiling face. In patient co ordination staff service was excellent and timely helpful. Canteen service was nice. But coffee was not hot. Sisters at reception very well cooperated . Cleaning staff service was with more sincerity and dedicated
3 of us in our family were affected by COVID, one of them a senior citizen and one a 7 year old child. We got admitted and the staff took care of us really well. The doctors were really considerate. The nursing and non nursing staff also went out of their way to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
