Don’t go there directly after you booked your slots. If someone relatives stay there near by then make sure with they the Vaccination teams are present on that address. I am from Jagatpur Mahuwari I was booked my slots online and get the appointment for that location. After reaching there the one person HWC guards said to me, Vaccination team was gone on Sohilpatti school from name of Surajpura. Then I came back from there and got the Vaccination. Lots of time was wasted. Reason: surajpura Location was small so that vaccination teams are never present on that address. Always they transfer that team to another location like Sohilpatti bazar, Nabiganj school and so on...
Very poor service by hwc surajpura they are not following government rule regulations they are closed HWC surajpura at1 pm & my vaccination slot booked 10 am to 5 pm
Really poor service offered by them. First of all there is major location constraint it nearly took 2 hours to find this location and then very bad service offered by the staff.
