I gave the urine sample for culture and sensitivity. After 3 days, the test report came and the doctor said the sample is contaminated. So, do the test again. Gave the sample again. And after 3 days, the clinic is not able to locate the report. Call centre is giving the clinic number. When I call the clinic, they are not picking up the call. Planning to visit the clinic tomorrow to check the report. If not, will try to get a refund and give the sample in another diagnostic centre.
Very very accommodating. I had to attend a meeting for work and they were able to help me out, provided me a space where I could take the call and gave me the vaccine there. 5/5 best service.
Worst experience here. Had gone for my RT PCR test. Till now I haven't got my results. Not sure if they sent my sample for testing. Refrain from going to this place. It's more than 4 days and no report. Try some other authorized lab.
