Highly maintained, hygienic and organised polyclinic giving a range of medical services along with expert doctors.
Ambiance is good and clean ,but staff needs to be friendly everyone is stern faced and reception needs to know about all the general queries for eg till when Dr Zeenat begum is available the answer I received was I don’t know such basic information they are not able to provide.and the diagnostic centre needs to open on time I waited for an early morning fasting test more than an hour and they had not opened and there was no notice put up whether it was open on that day or not.and please check the expiry dates before buying medicines from the pharmacy.
No proper response. Working only for money. Called more than ten times and told them to update the vaccination online, still they have not done it. Did not even give the second dose of vaccination.
