Horrible management.. They are giving appointment to patient to come at a certain time 3:00-3:30 pm. And after reaching there they are saying that the doctor is not available today.. When I called to their lifeline number they are saying we dont have any appointment for today and there is no appointment named of the patient... When the manager comes he is another liar says that they have given the appointment on saturday.. And they have audio prove of that when I asked him to show he said he wont.. Because they had no audio prove and the biggest thing they dint make any appointment he was trying to defend their mistake and was trying to make me liar... Be aware...
Pathetic place with zero accountability. They collected blood samples for my entire family which is covid positive. Gave us 2 reports and refuse to give or even answer for the remaining reports and it’s day 3 from sample collection. This after charging us 3 times their rack rates for priority reports. Do NOT go these guys - they are cheats. I regret going to them just because I am trying to help coordinate this for my family remotely.
I have came here to consult DR. P. K Sen. The doctor is so well behaved and humble but all the staff in the Apolo clinic members are so rude , arrogant , bad behaviour , not giving answers properly specially a lady in 2nd floor with Saree she is judging and passing comments on patient. This has to Stop please check and rectify. Horrible staff
Its becoming a money making Machine rather than a clinic.Sharing an example.One of my relatives has came from Other with negative RTPCR(COVID) just 4 days back he has visited the clinic for RTPCR test for submitting the same at his College as per their regulations.As per Appolo test result it was positive but they didn't published the same in government portal. We have a doubt on their processes so agin next day we did the same test from other pathology and we found negative results which they have submitted in government portals,due to their fault results we have to cancel air tickets and everything..
Please avoid doing RT PCR test from here. I have done test for 7 of my family members in different intervals. They have given negative report for all. But once retesting of them was done again after a day or two all of them had tested positive. So there is some issue with the way they perform their tests.
