The system is very poor. They should have created a separate kiosk for the vaccination. Ths staff members at the vaccination room were co operative. But the lady staff member at the reception desk namely Itu Mondal was very impolite. Her behaviour was as if this is a free vaccinationcamp and that she is doing a favour upon everyone. She should be a little more courteous with the customers. She should take her job more seriously. Nobody is getting a free service here. We are paying for the services being offered
Very good and very sincere respons from the staffs. Very punctual.
