The behaviour of the nursing staff are pathetic. They do not know how to speak to the patient party, the basic courtesy is missing. I do wonder if the management if the management is aware of the situation, or they too behave similarly.

Few years back my mother underwent surgery done by SANTANU NASKAR and he was good. Seeing that this year 2021 I took my pregnant wife to Newtown Nursing home to consult SANTANU NASKAR in the month of January. Since then everytime I visited there, I was only asked to do series of tests. He had no time to listen to us and preparing us mentally for higher surgery cost. Since January my wife's hemoglobin is on the lower side and SANTANU NASKAR did not bother about changing the medicine nor thought how to increase the hemoglobin level. All he was thinking is MONEY. Finally when my entire family tested Covid +ve and I happened to call so called Doctor to ask how to go about this, he answered "I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I DONT HAVE DATA WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THIS SENARIO. CALL ME AFTER 14 DAYS". Is this how a DOC treats his/hed patient. I had to take another opinion and now her hemoglobin level coming back to normal. Have some moral responsibilty.
