At 10 o'clock on 4jan 22,their are no staff to take RTPCR sample, they kept saying that the sample will collect at 12 or 12 :30 pm
Very poor response from the nursing staff at OT ..forces the patient to wait for hours for just dressing etc..very rude behaviour and undisciplined nursing staff...very poor..
