Worst clinic ever! They don't care about patients, only doing business. They charge high for diagnostic testing, and if you have done the tests for anywhere else, they don't allow it there. They are looting common people. A test which costs Rs. 220 somewhere else, they charge Rs 600. Abar bole kina, "amader cholbe ki kore na nile?"
Total waste they call me at 12:30 pm for vaccination but until 1 pm vaccination not started just saying that once manager will come then they will start the vaccination ..total waste of time... Staff don't now simple ethics and sont have any time management if the manager don't have value for time then God knows how this place runs.. Don't go there.. It's my first and last.... Staff can use their shoes but for customer they have to remove their shoes outside.... Total disaster...
Worst and pathetic service, after booking through cowin I came here to take my 2nd dose covishield vaccine, they put me on hold and after 1 hour long waiting they told me they are not able to give me the vaccination dose. Front desk girls are busy to gossip rather than give attention for the visitors.
Terrible experience. They let you talk to your doctor only if you have opted for their pathology services. Also you need to take medicine from their pharmacy for which some advance deposit has to be submitted for booking appointment with doctor.
Not pic up the phone for booking doctor's appointment till 1 hour
