Worst hospital and useless nurses. Claim service very bad activity.

Went to hospital to meet Dr.vijaykumar (ent) , his timing is 5 to 7.30.. I visited hospital and paid 250 for appointment at 5.18 but I waited and enquired ant doctor arrival with nurse @5.50 they said they called doctor 4 times there is response from his side.. when I go to reception and asked for refun, they called doctor n said he will arrive within 10 mins but I waited 30 more minutes but till 6.30 he did not arrived. I got my money back n came.. during this covid time unwantedlywaiting at hospital is not safe n worst responsiblilty from management
Don't go with card payment. They are looting our money as a name of 03% tax. Even a small shops are not asking these kind of nonsense. Such a big hospital they are expecting us to pay their tax. If you want visit please carry money instead of card.
Dear Friends, I gave covid test here without any symptom (Rs.2500 for RT PCR test and Rs.150 for gloves, which they dont change at all) They handle very unhygienic. Next day my report was positive and i consulted doctor. I was not having any symptom and my SPO2 level was 99 but the doctor straight away asked me to admit. I told my Oxygen level is normal, cant i home Quarantine myself. For that he told to take CT scan. I was not even having breathing problem bit still they created panic in me and took the scan by paying Rs.4550. Report proved i had no lung infection. Later doctor told me to quarantine at home but forced me to pay Rs.1000 and get home Quarantine kit. I paid Rs 1000 and got the kit. The kit is nothing but a pack of tablets worth Rs.200. Its a cheat and despite this pandemic this hospital is not kind and instead money minded. My brother too went there and the doctor was behaving very rude. I recommend not to visit this hospital especially for covid related as they will make you panic and get you tested unnecessarily. I thought my experience would help you as i dont want you to lose your confidence level and peace of mind under this pandemic. Take care.
