Once you enter the hospital and have a talk with the lady receptionist, you will get to know how worst this hospital is. The lady receptionist and the cashier at the payment counter are either don't get paid properly or so much frustrated with their life. Their inhuman behaviour and nature makes this hospital, the worst one.
I was admitted to Megacity Nursing home from 1st May to 8th May 2021. They did not give me the reports of my blood tests and CT SCAN. These are required for my further treatment as well as for mediclaim. I asked for these reports for a number of times by sending people. They told them that they had given me. But it is absolutely wrong. They only give me the discharge certificate. Please help me to get the reports as soon as possible. Thank you Regards Rajarshi Kayal
