I have done Covid test from here, first of all they do not provide any bill for the test, when I asked them for bill, they said they can't provide, secondly, at the time of booking they said that report will be uploaded within 24 hrs , after one full day when we asked them for report, their person said it took 36 hrs.. They have taken the sample on 4th Jan 2.30 p.m. and I got sms from my government on 5 th 11.30 a.m. So I don't know who long it's viable.. I feel completely bad. I request no one to do test from here.

Vaccination process is good.. But they want our phone to their hands to give their ratings on Google.. Basically they give their ratings by themselves with which I completely disagree because they can say us that "please give ratings on Google as per your choice" instead of doing that they want our phone. They gave ratings 5 for the vaccination form my phone but now I change the ratings from 5 to 1 because I don't like that kind of behavior.

My mother received COVAXIN on 16th Sept 2021. We paid INR 1450 for two doses. Her second dose is due between 14-28th October, 2021. We called several times, went there in person. Now Apollo Clinic Ramrajatala is saying they cannot provide the second dose. One of the worst experiences. Basically, they take money for services that in principle should be free and then refuse to provide the service. They cheat and harass old people.
