When I saw so many negative reviews out here, I was scared of admitting my pregnant wife for delivery in Care Hospital. But when I reached there & experienced their modus operandi, I felt satisfied that my wife is in safe hands starting from the receptionist, nurses, staff members & esp. Dr. Nikhilesh Chatterjee. They are not rude but they are bound to carry out their job & for that they need to be strict sometimes for the benefit of their patients. I have visited other Hospitals too in Kolkata , Chennai, Bangalore, & felt this is better than other Kolkata Hospitals atleast. There might be some miscommunication between the the management & staff sometimes, but it can happen anywhere. Rest everyone is friendly & cooperative. Thank you
