TSC Hospital Pharmacy Service is pathetic. The service efficiency is beyond tolerance level. It takes more than an hour to get attended after taking the queue number, then the service takes around 30 minutes or more. Who will have this much time to spend for a Medicine Supply in 21st Century. Think of such a situation where one wait for 1 hour 30 minutes for a medicine to get disbursed. Compare your Pharmacy Service with any other hospital in Trivandrum City and improve, provide service in par with other competitors. Otherwise it will affect TSC Hospital reputation.
Very bad experience from the casualty sisters. They don't have empathy regarding the patient. They were busy un chit chat and I myself was the patient went with foreign body impacted in the foot, never cared about the pain,difficulty in walking nothing...and I was the only patient there at that time..management please give an orientation for these staff to behave from the patient aspect
The hospital, parking , doctors and the treatment they offers are good. Only the front office could be customer friendly as it intended for. Understands the pain of running an organisation, especially one in service sector. Peoples may get anger and can feel negative because of the response from one staff.
Nice service done a surgery here all professionals for every thing nice behaviour and better treatment 🥰
