Any professional medical institution always respect their patients. It seems that the whole idea of an appointment is lost on the staff. If you do not intend on seeing patients on the actual appointment window, then simply do not ask for it. Setting of appointments to look fancy and professional does nothing to end of improving image unless followed through but does quite the opposite... Maybe the doctors here can educate the staff on this, hopefully they are more professional than the institution...
