I will not suggest to go for treatment.my father passed away in this hospital. Bad behaviour and ill treatment.dont go by seeing good infrastructure and marble floor. At last we had to attend funeral of our beloved one. They are calling themselves multi speciality hospital with only two doctors. No urologist no cardiologist no general physician. The entire hospital is running on two doctors. For money collection ; they have four to six staff. But for your pateint they don't have medicine and doctors. Please remember always RAMJI and don't say yourself multi speciality. I left DURGAPUR FOR BETTER HOPE BUT THAT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE.OH! MERE PAPA. JYADA DOCTORY MAT KIJIYE. THIS WAS THE REMARK OF DR RAHUL SINGH WHEN MY FATHER TOLD HIM ABOUT HIS LOW BLOOD PRESSURE.

Had a very satisfying experience at Anurag Multi speciality hospital at Madhupur “Dr. Rahul Singh treated my wife for COVID.He was thorough with his evaluation, confident and informative. He keeps motivating the patients and helps them to stay positive. He takes time and patiently explains the family members on the ongoing treatment and other details. It is hard to miss the respect he gets from all the people around him. In fact, We had a very positive experience with the entire team ( Dr Rahul, Dr Sudhansu , nursing staffs, Admin folks like Gopal-ji and also reception guys) I highly recommend this hospital and it's team.

I had reached this hospital with almost 60% inflammation in lungs and with lots of apprehensions. One, the hospital is in a small and sleepy town. Two, I was travelling in opposite direction, when people fall sick they often go to big cities. Three, whether the hospital has all the machines, do these work, do they have enough trained professionals. Four, do they have enough supplies, like, medicines, oxygen etc. Five, do they maintain cleanliness. Six, do they provide good and timely foos. And many more. I waited for doc and the owner in the emergency for quite some hours. When doc came brush out all of our agonies. With everything in mind to avoid more travel I got admitted in the hospital. They took me to general ward first. Then with the instruction of Dr. Rahul to ICU. When I t reached there I saw doc busy with patients with the nurses. I arranged my bed. I saw there there 5 nurses for 17 beds. So, almost maintaining 4:1 ratio. I saw, ventilators for the very first time. It was just beside my bed. It was a aha moment for me. As soon as I reached there they started all the procedures with me. Doc visited this on that day. I found them humble, caring and attentive. Next day since 5 o'clock they started all the procedures, giving medicines, sugar fasting, other pathologies, chest x-ray etc. I found relaxed and stayed there comfortably. Slept properly. I set my reports regularly to the docs in my friend circle. They gave their feedback that the treatment is in the right direction and the doc is treating me in the best possible ways. I regularly shared those with my close ones. They also feel relaxed. After 5 days I got discharged. Doc called me for follow up after five days. I stayed in Rajbadi Madhupur. A place to rejuvenate for many ready. I returned back to hospital for follow up. Found my reports bit disturbing as TLC was in the higher side. However, doc made me feel comfortable. The doc in friend circle also suggested to follow his suggestion. I had to stay back there for few more days as my spouse and brother were also admitted there. One by one both of them got discharged. When my partner went for follow upwith Doc's consultation I also went there for follow up agai. All the reports came normal. We felt relaxed. They took time but did all our paper works. We were needed those as we have Mediclaim. Overall, I found the service in the hospital incredible. Dr Rahul is friendly, caring, compassionate and most importantly, a knowledgeable doc. My only apprehension is he is the one man army. It has positives as well as negetive. Positive is that he is able to manage the hospital in this own way, which is helping him to give best service. On the other hand, it is increasing his burden. I wish for his wellbeing. I wish for his good health. I wish for positivity. So that, many people in the area will be blessed with re-birth. I would like to that all the staffs to serve us best. Last but not the least, the owner's telephone in alternate day basis also gave a feeling of strength. My heart felt gratitude to all of the. I feel strong to have you. I wish for a growth of yours. Thank you for everything.
