I've been in Pune for almost 6 years and got a chance to visit them for the vaccination of my daughter today. First things first. They have a dedicated free parking for over 40+ vehicles, unlike many other big hospitals who do not have such open space. Entire staff is cooperative and is forthcoming in guiding you on anything you ask. The facade is impressive and I was particularly impressed by the management and cleanliness. No over crowding, clear instruction boards everywhere and a very hygienic environment. Even my 15 year old remarked that the hospital looks very neat and clean. The vaccination process was stress free as every person knew what to do and what next to recommend to the patient as the next step. Great going guys!
New review: Moved from 5 to 3 stars. Hospital has moved to a money minting model. Last two experiences have been bad. Though it remains a decent hospital in the area, without insurance you would be ruined (especially when hospitalized). Doctors asking unnecessary tests which are way costlier than outside has been our experience. Old review: This is an excellent place for treating any ailments for the entire family. Our entire family is registered here and the treatment and service we get here has always been the best. This is surely the recommended hospital for Kharadi area.

The treatment which we have received was really world-class and we couldn't thanks enough of the Nursing staff, Dr. Anand, Dr. Manoj, Cardiologist Dr. Pramod, Call Center staff, Support Staff. My experience is very good because, after my son had brain surgery, he needed physiotherapy very much. When we came here, my son's hand did not move at all, but today it is only twenty-five days since he could pick up and hold objects Now there is no doubt that it will be the same as before. There are still five days left to fill the month but my son is getting well. Dr.Naveen and all doctors are helped a lot and he exercised properly. My overall experience is very good
