I bought my daughter for severe fever two days back to this hospital and met Dr.Sugumar. He was very humble and explained me very cleary about the causes and remedies for the problem. Now, my daughter is fully recovered and taking food as normal. I strongly recommend Dr.Sugumar in this hospital. Happy Parents. Thank you Doctor !!
Good doctors but still the cost is too high
Here is what I like * Doctors were professional. They explained me the medication and got me back to normal * Cleaning staff were good. They cleaned the rooms everyday, changing covers for pillow, bed and sanitized. Room is tidy Here is what I didn't like * Your insurance desk is pathetic. I had to follow up multiple times with my insurance provider emailing them your hospital docs cause you didn't upload them properly. Wasted the whole day getting on my nerves. Lady was very keen for not using cashless facility untill I stood my ground. * they never asked if I preferred a veg/non veg food. I was given non veg food, I found it without even opening and explained staff I was a pure veg, they took the pack returned the same after removing the non veg product. That's not how it supposed to be.. * food is worthless. I know every hospital food is horrible but didn't expect you to get it from street vendor. * don't ask your patient to use service elevator. I was asked to go through that for some reason, ended up outside hospital on the adjacent road while someone was waiting in the reception for me. * Don't pester the attenders to pay money everyday calling them multiple times. I understand recent covid times were hard with hospitals filling up, but I have never seen this behavior elsewhere.
Hospital is good and calm. Fees also reasonable. Waiting time is less in this hospital. Duty doctors available always.
Will not recommend this hospital even to enemies... worst administration and services. Gynecologist gives one appointment time and comes after 2hrs per her convenience. Pathetic doc, no politeness humble kind service at this young age of starting career. Better Mr. Sudharsanam ex MLA kins can close this clinic to avoid spoiling his reputation. Waste of time and money. Not satisfied with the service. ❌🚫🚩 better go to GH avoid private clinics who are sucking our bloods (like shown in ramana movie)
