Good Health care center and nice behavior. Keep it up. It's good. Because most of the health care center's people behave very rudely.
Worst experience for foetal profile sonography in milennium Quality Salt lake. The person is not expert who did sonography, he did the scan only in 5 min and that is also very roughly he did. And he didn't show the foetus development growth even after asking to show the monitor. This was my last scan which normally does on 9th month. I have had good experience about foetus growth till my last sonography in Mumbai in my 7th month where sonography doctor used to show the monitor about baby's growth and development. But here in this diagnostic center I had found worst experience. I have honest advice if you have query about your foetus growth and if you want to see the growth in the monitor then don't choose this diagnostic centre ever. Thank you.

Booked a test over the phone for home collection. The person took all my details and said booking is confirmed . When the collection person failed to show up the next day called back to ask what was the problem. The man on the phone said there was no such booking! He made it sound like it was my fault. His dismissive attitude and tone made it seem like that I had not even done any such booking and this was not his problem in anyway. :-). I dont get why the owner would put such a person in charge who would rather drive away customers rather than looking into their problems.
