Let me confess at the start itself; I am not someone who believes in given a 5 star rating unless there is an exceptional reason to do. So if I give a 4 star rating means the place is very good. Now talking about HCG cancer center, the place is good with almost all facilities under 1 roof. The visiting doctors here are all very good not only with their primary skill medically but also very good as an individual. The best part is the service of the nursing & support staff. They take care of the patients not only with their treatment & medicines but also support & motivate the patients mentally. I was very inclined to give a 4 star rating but didn't only for 1 reason. The nursing & support people as much as good; they are under staffed. I observed that the nurses usually use to stay beyond their shift hours & still the common feedback from most patients was that there was a delay in receiving the good service. When asked for feedback, I spoke to Aditi couple of times & have shared this observation. Also I have offered to provide my services as a volunteer to help the support staff. In case if the management feels it is a viable option you can contact me and will be more than happy to serve.
Positives: 1. Well equipped hospital with major diagnostic equipments on site 2. Courteous and helpful staff 3. Video consultation service is available if you are unable to travel to the hospital 4. Reasonable charges
I got my mother admitted in HCG we are here since a week. She got critical and was admitted in ICU. The staff in ICU took utmost care and we're cordial and sensitive towards patient. They took care of patient like their own family members. Under tremendous pressure also they were calm and we'll taking care. They were round the clock duty. I believe if few more staff is deployed than the level of service will be superb. I hope the hospital and staff keep delivering the same amount of care. Will especially like to thank Dr Keshav, sister Lakshmi and his team for taking such a good care of my mother Thank you HCG
Had visited this place with my mother for her second dose of vaccination, the service that we received was excellent. The staff was friendly and ensured that the procedure was properly done. We were done with our job with a few minutes and a painless procedure all together. 👍🏻👍🏻
Worst Service in terms of patient satisfaction. The Coordinator of Radiation doesn't know what's going on in hospital. Doctors give the best service but worst service by management of the hospital. They don't inform the patients when Radiation machine is off. Patient comes from distant location and after reaching we get to know that Radiation machine not working from 2.5 hrs. . Coordinator needs to be extra cautious with Cancer patients who are already going through some much mental and Physical trauma. Management needs to be strict with these employees as they are working in Onco unit and not some small nursing home. Confirmation of payment made or not is checked twice but as far as the service is concerned, Rating will be less than 'ZERO'. Should not be recommended to anyone.
