Very well maintained and perfectly situated NTPC....
Plant n the place is good. It was going well when CMO shri उज्जवल Banerjee was here .. he took so much pain to run the plant in profit n also he developed alot of other facilities for the residential environment. But now at present after his retirement the township is like jungle n the head of the managements r not much intrested in doing any kind of development for the plant or residential area.. they r not taking effort at least to maintain the township property.. the quater in township is very very old and no maintenance even after complaining no. Of times.. Civil maintenance, i will say is zero.. people in Civil department just throw their jobs n responsibility from one head to other.. and as a result we get no response even after one month of complain. The workers n the maintenance people behavior r very very bad n rude . This plant KBUL kanti can be the best plant in bihar region if all these r corrected . Specifically the residential area n quaters .. families r not happy to stay here just because they dont get a good house facilities.. no pest control, no cleaning work around township... If any of our management is reading this , i would only say its not very tough to make the residential people happy by providing little little things.. and i wish in future ntpc family would love to join kanti.
