It's very bad in paying it's. Vendors. For my small. Supply of Rs.2500/-. Which was. Agreed by them to pay. Within. 7 days.they. Have. Yet. To. Pay even after. 3 months . It's seems. The. Hospital is. Interested. In only earning money. From its. Patients and. Not. Paying. To its. Vendors
The hospital recently refused to admit my Brother who was a patient of theirs in the past. He suffered a second heart attack, and they didn't want him stating, they don't take emergency cases and he need to take a covid test before they examine him which would take 24 hrs. Now imagine if your loved one was dying and a doctor tell you he does not take emergency cases ! I strongly advice every one to not go there. The hospital is more like a 5 star hotel rather than a health care. They tend to look at their services as a luxury, and in doing this forget compassion towards their own country men or customers. Their staff is well trained and I don't know why they don't convert the hospital into a spa, hotel or a health club ! it will do well under these services. During the pandemic the hospital was hiding from their commitment. have a look at the attachment
It is probably the most unreliable, untrustworthy and fraud hospital I have ever visited. To start with the website is not up-to-date and you cannot find any real details about the hospital, process or the doctors .. If you try to contact the hospital to get an appointment the person handling the call with give you his personal mobile number and will ask you to send details and medical reports of paitient which itself is unprofessional.And every time you call they would give you a new whatsapp number and ask you send the reports again and again . Then once you ask about consultation fees you would start getting multiple calls and everyone will give you different charges. I was provided 3 different consultation fees for same doctor ranging from 4k to 10k from the same hospital . They will say doctor will not do video consultation but for same doctor in practo video consultation is available. Vey wierd . After lot of effort I managed to get a tele consultation with the doctor and he recommended bypass surgery for my father , after that when I asked about appointment date , when I can come , how much are the charges for the surgery , duration etc.. I was told manager would call and inform me all the details but as usual no call and no further communication was done from hospital side. When I tried reaching the hospital to get info about it they say they do not have any details about the paitent and told me to send the reports again ...!!!!. Vey vey wierd. I wonder if the person who provided the consultation was even a real doctor. This place is overhyped and over priced and full of frauds trying to make money. My advice Beware of this is hospital...!!! Better choose another hospital.
Doctors are well experienced & knowledgeable. Advanced technology & equipments. Staff's are most humble & polite. Management is admirable. All facilities are too good. Very neat & clean hospital. I was hospitalized last year, This hospital has given me new life. Truly I can say that this hospital is best for any Heart disease in India. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
