Overall treatment experience was good but it all got ruined by the pathetic billing department who for some reason put bulk amounts into miscellaneous expenses causing mediclaim disaster. I stayed in a general ward bed but they charged me an executive room causing mediclaim rejection.
Have seen this place being built brick-by-brick... Used to be good once upon a time ... But now ... Going in the opposite direction of good day-by-day
Worst hospital in the locality. The hospital is basically a money laundering institution. Even after telling them that only an initial treatment is required as there is not much money for treatment, they will make situation such that you wouldn't be able to take your patient out of there. Then they will make your patient switch to ICU and build up the bill. I find that the doctors there are not giving proper information regarding the treatment being given to the patient. (A direct violation of the right of information which needs to be investigated. If anyone has information regarding how to raise complaint against such hospitals then please message me.) Further, when the family is unable to pay such huge bills and ask for concessions then their marketing team would humiliate in front of everybody, even resorting to holding the family till payment is done. There should be some control on such hospitals and it's high time that the government close these scroungers
Below average.. But you can check for some medical urgency..
