I was told to come the next day to show reports. I came the next day but the doctor was not available. It seems a single doctor is running the whole hospital. In the reception counter I observed that doctor jelen is not available always.

I paid for opd from home since they said It's possible. I waited for a whole day But I did not get the confirmation for online consultation. They did not get back to me nor was my money reimbursed. During this pandemic when going out is difficult I just wanted to enquire about one thing but that is also not possible. It would be good if in future patients would not have to face such problems.. But thanks to the positive response from the administration that the problem was resolved and the consultation was made possible. Thank you IHI for the hospitality shown during these difficult days 😊
Seems like doctor does not respect others time for waiting. In OPD, wait time is normally 2 hours and home OPD is joke.
Need to wait for more than an hours for check-up
