I have a very nice experience with Netraalok Naihati. I have taken my mother for eye checkup there. The staff and doctors are extremely nice, cordial, and professional . They listen to our problem patiently. They also took extra care of my mother due her old-age. The suggestion from the doctor was absolutely spot on and we could feel the improvement very soon. Most importantly the prices are less than compare to any other center of repute. I would highly encourage everyone to visit the centre and take advantage of the eye hospital.

The outdoor service on the 2nd floor. You have to go to the reception and get a ticket. The visiting time is 10 A.M to 5 P.M. The environment of the lobby is very pleasant, neat & clean. In the checking room, they will check eye' power. Next, check your distance vision. Finally, you will be allowed to visit the doctor. Treatment is overall good. You will also get good discounts on all the prescribed medicines there. And one thing, wear a surgical mask, you will not be allowed without a surgical mask.
Very good eye treatment. I have consulted with 3 seperate doctors previously but my problem was not solved. Then I came to Netraalok. After 3 rd day of consultation my problem reduced and after 15 days my problem is totally solved. Very good treatment, good environment . Staffs are very helpful.
