Admitted here for COVID treatment, doctors, medical staff and staff are good. Treatment and explanation is very good
Doc's are good listeners and advice patients. Nominal fees for doctors. Doctors focus on maintaining hospital with good sanitation is a plus here. Need to keep hand sanitizer & temp check would be useful. UPI payment for medicine inside hospital is a good choice.
Worst experience fully money minded organization.i won't recommand this hospital to anyone.
Worst hospital service ever. We visited the hospital in the month of may-2021. First they given appointment to come by 11.00 am but the doctor come by 12.45 pm only and the doctor visited the patient 1.00 pm only. In the month of may 2nd Wave of corona is severe is known by every body but the doctor is don't care about that and they make my mother wait for a hour who is cancer patient. Second is the person who is writing the Patient history he doesn't know how to write and he didn't mention the patient name and age which is very important. The staffs are not properly answerable and they don't know the value of the time of patient. Third is we went for second opinion for surgery for my mother who is cancer patient but the doctor told "what treatment do you want tell me clearly i will recommend otherwise how i know which treatment is suitable to you". But first time in my life the doctor is asking option of treatment and asking which is suitable 'if the answer is known by us means why we came to you doctor'. He spend with us just 10 mins in between they got the lot of calls and went outside without asking excuses. Finally the doctor is mentioned nothing in the prescription and we paid 500 for consultation. Totally a lethargic way of handling patients in this hospital.
Please don't admit in this hospital., although you don't have any issues. They will create panic situation and make you to admit for more days so that they can make money., don't keep your health at risk by staying in this hospital.
