Very non co-operative and uncoordinated staff. Won't be doing any future business with these people. They are purposefully delaying my transition from HDFC to icici bank and also asking for unfair charges. Disgusting attitude of employees and unresponsive-ness from bank has eaten up about 5-6 months of my precious time.

Very very Bad behaviour. They treat customers like garbage. They rejected my cheque twice without any reason. It was pure harassment. Finally i did rtgs which they could not stop or interfere. I hope i never have to deal with them in my life.
I visited once & got treated well. But as my friend Rahul Talreja described the star goes down.
just to open one more account bank added a distant cousin of mine in ur family tree without my permission and also lied to me when i asked. never expected this from HDFC.
