Very rude and untrained staff. No etiquette - how to talk to senior citizen even don't know how to take samples
Irresponsible staff, they do not pickup the call once the deed is done. Their customer care is very busy, I still do not have my report and only God know when I would get it.
Very poor in terms of every thing test , report , even whole staff donot have a sense to deal with customers. Late and illresponsive lab service ever seen in gwalior. My suggestions not to prefer this lab service any more. Only they need there payments and nothing serving good.
Cheating in the severe pandemic/Playing with the lives SRL Lab Gwalior book the sample for CBC, CRP and D-dimer test but got the report for CBC and CRP. When asked for the D-dimer report, it was told that report will be given after 4 days. After 4 days it was told they don't conduct a D-dimer. On showing Slip, gave the report of some other person. On denial told that we don't have the sample and can't give the report and when told to return the amount it was also denied.
