Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciating each and every Doctor, taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. They don't only have lovely doctors but also staff that take great care of the patient, Staffs have a different kind of personal touch which make them feel comfortable throughout their course. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended !!
We are waiting for health check up since last half an hour. Only one staff available on billing counter. People coming with 10 to12 hours fasting. Computer systems are slow. Suggestion for improving the same. Overall services are good. Recently my daughter undergone appendicitis operation. The service was good and quick. The area of health check up needs some improvement.
While i vouch for a smooth vaccination experience, I was not issued the receipt for the same. The nurse retained my payment receipt and said that it will be updated in the Apollo app. And now there is nothing issued in the app. Why insist on digitization when a simple paper receipt already drawn could have sufficed? I can no longer claim the vaccination charges from my company.
