Very very terrible. 😡😡😡😡😡 The behavior of the staffs are very rude. The insurance section is very measurable. After admission of my mother they did not send their proposal to the insurance company for two days,even after my several request. Finally through my doctor I pressurized and they sent the proposal just before the operation. After section of my proposal, pre approval amount received but I was forced to pay the bill of each testing and medicine, although they returned me the amount after discharge but they ragged me thorough out the process. They misbehaved every time I asked for help. After approval of insurance money they charged me those amount too which are clearly mentioned that patient need not pay this amount. When I denied they did not discharge me an extra whole day. I don't know why star health insurance has collaborate with such Institute. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
The service and treatment are best. I am satisfied with the service. You can trust the hospital.

Worst hospitality, staff doesn’t know how to behave with patients .. you are dealing with patients and not customers so atleast have some empathy and courtesy The management should be knowing about their staff behaviour Little they do know that’s ruining their hospital reputation Please remove those staffs and hire some professionals. Till then being a doctor i can never refer a patient there
