Total clean and hygienic, all stuff member are very friend and take care of you very well. All necessary things are properly taken. Medicine are given time to time. Medical staff are one bell away. Joyce Nurse is a best head nurse.
Terrible experience. First of all they are not given basic thing like they didn't kept hand wash liquid or any kind of soap in the washroom as well as there is no water in the wash basin, when i asked i want to wash my hands after using washroom they said wash your hands in kitchen basin and use dish wash soap i was suprised, then i brought my own soap to wash my hand, then i saw in the basin there are some cup n plates i told to remove from there they said wash hand on it no problem and they serving tea n food in the same crockery to the patients that's why we carry our own crockery n cutlery. As well as they hanging floor mop next to the squat toilet which is comes to your face. staff's were to noisy. Housekeeper's having tobacco all the time. Many mosquitoes are there. kitchen sink filled with dirty water. Housekeeper's entering in the room without knock the doors. Hospital staff's sleeping in those working hours. We have to called sister's or nurse 3 to 4 times to give medicines, yesterday's incidence my aunty finished her dinner at 8 pm and they gave medicine at 11 pm. Management need to work on the basic things.
