Staff is very non co-operative and rude..they don't have manners to talk (not giving proper salutation to customers) to patients and attendees and not understand their situations ...also the hospital is much crowded and hence exposure is much more as far as Corona situation exist... No online payment at OPD facility through credit card/UPI.. neither economical nor quality treatment provided.. the staff is very unprofessional in behaviour and frustrated and ask money every time from patients family eg liftman wardboys security guards ..if you go for a sonography your one complete day Will be wasted..doctors here are business minded and there work is to make cases more and more critical so that hospital can charge heavily from the patients family...doctors are like vampire don't have human sentiments and values and find there nutrition from human blood and life.. The experience was same at reception, ward, medical shop (within JHRC), I WILL SHARE MY WHOLE experience with full of incidents to aware more people so that they won't be looted here.. In term of quality treatment I gave 2 out of 5 stars in Jabalpur area.. it actually deserve 3.5 but due to above occurrences I given 2..irony is while charging patients they behave like fully professional pvt. Hospitals and while delivering services they behave like govt. hospitals.. Now here is full experience after delivery of my wife... I took whole treatment and check-ups since from the first day of pregnancy from Dr. Dhirawani and duggal..every checkup and examination as per there regular chart (some of the tests were very costly)...all the reports were normal even they suggested costly treatment (medications) on sake of precaution...they never suggested healthy diet or food what their patient can take instead they have there MR suggested medicines for everything (I don't know why they have doc degree if working as a slave of pharma companies??) ....everything was normal till 8th month (I mean the reports of sonography) unless one day my wife bleeding was started while resting at bed ...we rush to JHRC as soon as we can and my wife got admitted there on emergency...now original game of looting started... They did sonography etc. to check amount of bleeding and given some medication to control it.(between that a lot of things adverse happen I will explain at the end)...since night and on second day bleeding was under control but doc. said we need to do C section surgery as the case may worsen if mother fluid will decrease.. I was agreed to them since it was the game of fear of life..ok everything was well and second day they said me to arrange blood as it may or may not be required at time of surgery .I rushed here and there whole day for arranging blood and donated mine to fulfill the requirement and lately it was not required...destiny helped us and everything was ok my baby child and wife were ok...since child was pre term they admitted as soon as to their nursery before I can see my child completely. Now another game of life started.i tool private ward here for 3500/day where they can not even provide handwash and proper cleaning....I saw nurses here steal injections specially at night since most of them are costly....they have setting from medicine shops here...also some very costly life saving drug for my child ( costs 14100/- for 8ml ) insisted at night in sake of life (so that I can not search any other shop instead of hospital medical shop) ...when I searched outside tomorrow the were ready to sell it in 9000.00/- I fed up all this corruption..finally I got out after paying almost 1.20 lack for wife and child even I was charged as per CSMA rates.. As so be aware to these frauds ..there is a lot to write and I have evidences to that also.. but this is the real situation of medical field now..everywhere Looting public but there tummy is still empty..
