Not bad but if u have health insurance then u will definitely suffer..be careful...and they r not at all professional......only one think is good that is cleanliness

I had a worse experience with this Hospital... I was admitted on 30/09/2021 evening at about 18.20 pm having fever for last 3 days and I took a cabin and that very evening my blood was taken and I was under the medication till next morning. In the afternoon they told my wife that I have Hepatitis C Virus which is very rare and they referred me to any better Hospital in Kolkata. I was under the care of Dr. Saptashree Mandal who visited me only once and that too for hardly 1 minutes.. My whole family gone under shock and my wife started crying there only because she was instructed that way by the concern person of the hospital and very next day we moved to Kolkata Peerless hospital and got admitted there on 2nd September as expected they also took the blood for some test and they came up with a result of Normal Malaria and nothing more than that... I was there for 4 days and trust me after 4 days I was all OK and I was being discharged from there with total bill of Rupees 16,640 only.Whereas in Nirnoy my one day bill was more than 17000.. In Nirnoy they said I have Hepatitis C Virus.. But in Peerless when my family asked the doctor regarding Hepatitis they said its nothing like that. Now you guys decide can you trust upon such Hospital who are running just a business in the name hospital and nothing more than that... Be careful with such looters because they only value money not your life..

Very good of staff behavior and infrastructure is also good.
