Disappointed from the service provided. Following are three personal experience: 1. TV of semi deluxe was not working and on complaining they didn't listen at all. I understand the volume matter but volume was kept very low. 2. When doctor asked to discharge, the staff don't work according to that.... they wait till 12 noon so that charge of next day is also added in the bill. They give excuses like medicine is not available and they are arranging. 3. There is a guy at reception, Amit, who is very rude and extremely unprofessional. He is non-cooperative and does not behave properly. My father had a poor experience with him and I'm disgusted to see how young people are behaving these days.
Dr. Pooja Singh is best gynaecologist and way of talking to the patient is very politely.
