Treatment is good. But more more delay.. waiting around 5 to 7hrs.. avoid these.. otherwise ok.. good.

I’m writing this review after a month to actually tell what was my experience. My mom and I were happy with the service but I guess the prescribed medicine was heavy dose. My mom wasn’t able to eat and sleep properly. So tried to connect to doctor, the staff made us wait for 3 to 4 days but fail!! still couldn’t connect to her. The staff made us to speak to dietitian after that , she was in a hurry didn’t even listen to the problem and said will call later. Never got a call back. People working there didn’t take the situation seriously and gave us an appointment after a week. Again I tried to reconfirm they aren’t responding. I don’t understand what kind of service they’ve got if they aren’t responding in emergency situation.
