No one picks the call. I filed my application in may 2020 but action has been taken by them after 1 and half year since then suffering mental, economic and physical abuse. In such a long time the victim has mentally broken and she accepted the oppression as the destiny of her life and continues to suffer even today. They don't even respond properly. If such organizations give these sorts of disappointments then where will women go for their rights and justice. Truly disappointing experience.
This is the worst department I have ever seen. They are wasting time and money of the government.they didn't take action of any complaint.
Worst experience. Made several calls on their landline numbers but nobody picked up the phone.

An organization of Govt of India entrusted with the duties of protecting of women, girls from various types of victimization like domestic violence, crime against womens etc. Beside this it is a safer place for women to make complaint of all these.
