A good and constructive feedback can always wait. But here in Madhava nursing home clinic the service is so bad and poor that it urged me to write this. Doctor Archana, a gynaecologist advised us to get admitted in the hospital for a package of 67000. Looks like she is only bothered about money as she neither explained much about the services nor served the patient efficiently as she spoke about the package. This package is inclusive of obviously all the medicines required in any hospital. But here it's quite different, package here means only the cost, as it remains the same. But we ourselves need to get the medicines whenever required from the store, where bills are not provided and when asked we are told that it's how they follow and are their hospital rules by Lakshmi from the billing counter. Coming to the Children's specialist Sudheer reddy a doctor, he who needs to visit patients in the hospital here asks patients to come over to him in their helpless situations. I had to take hour's baby by walk to another building for check up to him. Coming to the chief doctor Mohan, on complaining the situation he just answers back stating this is how we treat our patients. End of the day they have denied in giving us the bills due to which we spend everything everywhere required and are unable to claim for insurance now. I hope the faculty by this feedback understands that a bad review is not the problem. A bad review is result of a problem.
