Twice I tried to visit. Both time dealers says showroom closed during weekends because of stupid reasons. Like employees on leave or sudden closure. They don’t have vehicles for test drive either. I don’t think you can do business in such fashion . What customer centric is in this approach. Disappointed. Possible will not but a Tata car as others offer deals and availability. This is how you loose customers!

A train booked 2 months ago in Balaghat is being asked to VAT 15 days a day before the delivery date, saying that the train is not there today. It is not that they sold the book to another customer and also sold their trust. If you cannot give a car on the booking 2 months ago and if you give the book to someone else, then you are doing very well. You are making Tata's name. When the car had not arrived, it should have been told earlier. Or should not have promised that date. What is the communication gap between the company and showrooms? If so, Tata should shut down the company. So that the customer can avoid getting fired. Shame on you
Worst exprencice ever ........ 2 month se tata altroz book kiya hu par abhi tak delivery nahi de rahe hai ... Bas date par date de rahe hai ...... Yah se kabhi koi car nahi lena .......
