We are using your hospital more than 9 yrs., First time we had bad experience. Management have to look after this issues. There's a huge gap between Doctors and hospital Pharmacy. Most of the medicines (same) are not available on your pharmacy. So, without informing us, pharmacist himself changed another medicines on Dr's prescription and gave to us. After reaching home, we realised that, and asked pharmist, then he responding that, medicines are same, only company is different. If pharmacist have more than Dr. knowledge, then why we should pay doctor fees, directly take approach your pharmacy / pharmacist....
This is not a specialty hospital expect only basic consultation. Lot of doctor name mentioned in the display but when asked realized it's only for display they are not available. The Covid vaccine most often not available. In the prescription doctor name not mentioned just stated CMO.
Pros; Dr. Siddique Sheriff - Did a great job with my health exam, he explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was kind and friendly. The duty doctor (Dr. Vinu) all the staff nurses, and the insurance department are great in their services, they were helpful, patient and were available at all times. Cons; The housekeeping can be better! Thank you for your services and support!!!
Been here twice, vaccination for myself and my wife. No mask worn by the lady at the billing counter. And there is this one guy (behaves like the owner). He always wears the mask in his neck and speaks to all. Not a good hospital in terms of following covid protocols. Not sure in other aspects, however my impression is not so good. So would not recommend
