The experience was very bad .. was taking my pragancy treatment .. after having the scan .. my baby was born with spina bifida .. it should b seen in scan but don't khow why have been ignored ... It is about a life of my baby..
Sharing this review after a painful experience at Radiology department, Command Hospital Pune. I had to wait for more than 3hours in queue to get an UCG done. I received the reply "madam aapka Ultrasound last me karengi aapke case ke baare me padhne ke baad" upon enquiring what's taking this long to attend my case. After this reply I approached the radiologist and she gave me the same answer to wait for the queue to last. The situation here is that the staff itself is unaware and not trained enough to do an UCG after which the patient is further diagnosed based on the report he/she shares. Would like to mention the HOD of the concerned department to intervene and check this ground level scenario and not let this happen in future with any other patient like me who went at 0930hrs and was attended at 1330 hrs just because the staff has to study the type of UCG requested in form.
