Laboratory service really pathetic!! Staffs at laboratory doesn't even care for anything.. Their irrespective behaviour is such terrible.The way they treats people need to improve a lot. Even Housekeeping staffs do better than them!!
Good day Team Rapha Aroma ! I had visited your prestigious hospital for covid-19 vaccination. Unfortunately it was a very bad and sour experience as your reception staff LIJI misbehaved with us with the entire vaccination procedure. Not only us whoever approaches to her with any query she misbehaves verbally and argues uneccessarily. You as an organisation should understand how much shame and disgrace is she causing to your esteemed organisation. Its a humble request to teach your reception staff LIJI some mannerisms and basic politeness. Teach her the meaning of hospitality and empathy. Hope you will try to look into the Matter and rectify.
