Before i write review, i would say a big Thanks to this great gentleman. What a personality, what a human being and last but not the least, what a doctor. I must have done good work in my life that i got myself treated from Dr. Arnab Paul. The kind of positivity he has, the kind of time he gives to patients to explain about their health history and the kind of time he gives to entire process is unbelievable. Beyond imagination. My biggest strength has been this doctor. In 3-4 dats i can feel the changes in my body, my mind is so peaceful now. I am running out of words now. Reach out to him directly if you have any doubt abt your heart health. Do not waste time thinking about where to go, the address is R C Memorial Hospital. There is no response since evening. I have been asked to call on the landline number yet there is not any recorded response, with less span of time on my hand.
Pathetic service. The reception is not responsive to the urgency of the matter. They operate only to acquire money. There is no concern for patients' mental or physical condition. Not professional at all.
Good multispeciality Hospital. Good location and has easy access. Clean surrounding, parking space, Toilets and common area. Counter workers/receptionists behaviour towards the customer need to be addressed regularly. Often they think themselves to be superior then the doctors or hospital itself. They should be polite to all types of customers and answer all their queries and doubts without getting irritated. After all their salary come from the pockets of these patients only.
